Refund & Cancellation Policies.

CYBERNAUTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • CYBERNAUTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the CYBERNAUTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation is as easy as it is to subscribe!! To initiate the cancellation of your subscription, please access your user area, locate your product, and proceed to click on the "Cancel Subscription" option. Please be aware that the timeframe for processing your refund may vary based on the location of your bank, ranging from 3 to 15 business days.


Refund policy:

The refund will be processed in accordance with your specific subscription type and the timing of your cancellation. In case of any Refunds approved by the CYBERNAUTS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Can you share more details on payment cycles?

As mentioned on the Sign-up page, you will have two options while you sign-up.

Option 1. Auto-Renewal.

If you choose Auto-Renewal, your card will be billed automatically so you don’t lose access in between. (Unless you've chosen to cancel your subscription).

The frequency with which you’re billed depends on your membership level.

  • Monthly Members: Rebilled every 30 days
  • Quarterly Members: Rebilled every 90 days
  • Half-yearly Members: Rebilled every 180 days
  • Yearly Members: Rebilled every 365 days

Option 2. One-Time.

If you select this option, your card will be billed once and your membership will terminate once you have reached the end of your membership duration.
